Civil law notary
Arnaud (1967) has been a notary since 1998, a former member of the combined Corporate Law Committee of the Royal Dutch Notarial Association (KNB) and the Dutch Bar Association, and the Model Deeds Committee for Corporate Law at KNB. Additionally, he was involved on behalf of KNB in the creation of the ground lease opinion and model deeds for solar panels on roofs and land with the Dutch Banking Association. He teaches postgraduate education for notaries, lawyers, and accountants through Lexlumen. Arnaud is married, father of two children, an author, editor of notarial case law, sporty, proactive, and musical.
