Sun in the fields
We see them more and more often: fields full of solar panels.
An entrepreneur places solar panels on a plot of land and supplies the electricity produced to the public network. If the land is not owned by the entrepreneur, proper agreements must be made with the landowner.
Who is entitled to the solar panels, for example? Can the entrepreneur carry out maintenance on the solar panels just like that, or does the landowner have to give permission first? And what happens to the solar panels if the agreement between the business and the landowner is terminated?
